我刚刚完成了UCL的MGT专业研究生申请的面试，显示的是round 1 2015/16，题目和之前的大神们分享的题目都一模一样，在此再次感谢各位大神的帮助！
为防止后人再次查找搜索的麻烦，我再PO一下完整的题目。
- Whatis your biggest academic achievement and How do you think it will help yousuccessfully complete an MSc Management at UCL?
- Could you please give us an example of current affaire yourecently read about? And what do you think of it？
- Which cultures, other than you own, are you interested in and why?
- In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a good leader?
- On a scalefrom 1 to 5, in which 1 corresponds to strongly disagree and 5 corresponds tostrongly agree, rate how important is authenticity（真实性） in leadership and explain why.
我是2月19日发出去申请，在3月15日收到面试邀请，要求5天之内完成，在3月19日下午录完。
在录视频之前，我在CD上面找到了完整的面试题目和大神们给出的经验，把每一题的答案都先写好并且细细打磨了。感觉提前准备还是很有作用的，预计今年的round 1的面试题目不会再变化（想提前知道自己是第几轮，可以先打开邮件中的interview link，里面会显示出来的），建议之后的同学也提前准备一下。
