约翰霍普金斯JHU msf R3 Video面试 [2016-03-19]

求人品，发经验贴，跪求jhu msf录取。

原本是要in-person面试在北京，但没有预定上，就被officer改成了video。第三轮申请的，二月中旬submit，三月初就来了面试。 jhu会在interview的email里面发一个link，我的expire是3.18

我遇到的题目：
a. tell me sth you planed to do that you did not work out
b. what is the important of the leadership in the organization

可以选择电脑录制&手机or ipad录制。
