CWRU finance 面经 面试官 Ted Evans [2016-03-10]

刚面完，感觉不是很好，其中几个问题绕来绕去的问……
1.why finance
2.why case
3.other universities you have applied and admissions?
4.if admitted, criteria about these universities
5.experience of team leader
6.how to be a good team member。。。我说了如果team member不……就会导致team崩溃。问我哪些因素会导致team崩溃，我说leader不好，又问我leader很好team崩溃了怎么看……我崩溃了……
7.how to be a good leader
8.how will case help you achieve your goal?又问我为什么一定是case而不是其他学校会帮你achieve goal……
9.career goal
10.Q&A
以上顺序不一定对
总的感觉就是，准备的时候最好把问题延伸下，他可能会就你的回答提出问题。
我的面试是准点面的，没有提前，也没有寒暄。面了13分钟。居然问了我这么多问题，后面没什么准备，有点方……
