CD万年潜水党，看到有上海场的小伙伴求面经，来发一贴攒人品。11.14号在北京面的，去了之后看ID发号码排，很紧凑也来不及紧张。面试官先介绍一下流程，然后看topic，五分钟准备+每人2min陈述。之后就是15min的free talk。楼主不适合群面，freetalk直接让位给学霸们厮杀。

group interview: will social welfare create disincentive for people to work hard

笔试45min，提供铅笔+A4纸，最好是带一个橡皮擦。

Written test: if tackling climate change will lead to the slowdown of growth,recession, social unrest, should we still do it
