楼主申的是WUSTL家的2016 Fall MSCA。。
他家规定所有的master专业，除非waive了托福，不然都要做一个SMP。。。
就是做一个video interview。
往年用的都是Likelive,就是那个三道题一小时录好上传的那个，
但是！今年！不一样了！换了一个叫做Kira Talent的平台。
逛了好几天CD观察情况了。。。似乎一直没有人传面筋，于是。。。楼主就来做第一个吃螃蟹的人了。。。
介绍一下这个Kira Talent的使用：
点击网申的时候邮件发过来的那个链接进去（网申系统里面好像也有链接），
然后自动会登陆你的注册姓名，
然后会有一个device setup，就是测一测你的webcam, microphone和网速如何，
能不能支持这个video interview。
做完device setup可以无限次practice，
practice的模式是给出话题，30s/45s/1min的准备时间，然后1min/90s/2min的回答时间。
每组practice三道题。
然后你practice做的差不多了，觉得可以进入正式interview了，
就点击start interview，然后我们进入重点：
我大概刷了二十道practice，但是都没有在实际Interview的时候遇到。
实际interview的时候是5道题（有小伙伴曾经说AO说是4-6题），
然后每道题都是30s preparation, 1min response。
我一共看到了九道真题：
（我是在寝室录的，寝室网络渣渣的，中间有四题虽然录了回答，但是没有upload成功，
所以多看到了几道真题，也白录了几次。。。就分享出来，当攒人品了。。。
这种情况下他会跳出connection failed，然后点retry，会重新给题，并不会因此认为interview失败。）

Describe asituation where you performed at your best.
What criteria did you use when selecting which graduate schools you would apply to?
How would you continue to be engaged with Olin after graduation?
What specific tactic have you used to combat a negative attitude (either yours or someone else’s). Give an example.
