个人面试分析：

第一步，拿出你的cv，把每一项自己挑出来，讲一遍。讲法：什么时候，什么事情，什么人，什么结果，经验。

第二步，看你还缺哪一块儿没讲：why olin? why program? career goals? overseas exp? exchange exp? leadership exp? social exp? hobby? extra curiculum acts? what you can bring? how to learn english? difficulities? anything about St.Louis? strengths and weakness? courses you already taken revelant to the major you apply? working exp? skills learned before? reseach exp?

第三步，把上述缺失的补全。

说实话就是这些内容，不会再夸张了，你可以对于某一细节进行演绎，当然要想办法把人引导进那个坑里。哈哈。
