西北imc面筋 3/9 bradley allred [2015-03-09]

楼主刚刚跟Bradley Allred面试完。

真人比照片还帅。他是闲聊式的面试官，人很nice。但是不知道是不是笑面虎。

先说说楼主自己的背景吧，美本，没什么特别多的工作经验。

小哥大概问了这么几个问题：

1. what do you do this past year? （楼主在这里说了下自己的工作经验）
2. what kind of student you are when you are in the classroom?
3. what quality you need to overcome?(weakness)
4. What is the most interesting course you have taken duirng your undergraduate studies? （楼主在这里说的自己在学校做的project，后来小哥有追加细节问题）
5. If you can have one more quarter what courses would you take?
6. Do you have a company you want to work for after IMC program?
7. Q&A

楼主对于自己的表现还是有很多遗憾因为还是紧张，所以建议之后面试的小伙伴语速放慢，放轻松，以聊天的心态去跟面试官面试，让面试官了解你是个什么性格的人。
