Rochester MKT R3 面经 with Carlo［已录，10%奖］ [2015-02-24]

第一次在CD发帖，获益于CD颇多，现来回馈～～楼主申的是Rochester MKT 第三轮，2/12收到的面试邀请，预约了今天面的。面试官是Carlo，直到面试前3分钟才Skype加的我，因此我也没时间上CD搜他的面经。小哥有口音，但是还是比较容易听懂。Skype网络不好，小哥说很卡，让把视频关了，用语音，之后稍微好了点。小哥人比较nice，会一直说Thank you, very good之类，面试比较轻松～

4.     Internship experiences 每个实习都谈到了，问都做了些什么
5.     What advantages do you have compared to other Chinese applicants?

8.     Why do you want to attend Simon?
9.     How can Simon help you to achieve your goals?
10.  Discuss an example of your teamwork?
11.  What’s your hobby? Why?
12.  Type Question: What does success mean to you?
13.  Questions to ask?

面试大概持续30分钟～不用紧张放轻松～～希望大家都offer多多～～～加油加油～～
