刚刚面完了Rochester我来发面经了～～
凌晨三点起床，三点55分左右，对方加了SKYPE，让我在整点initiate call。我在四点正打了过去，对方接了，然后就开始了。对方有点Boston accent。
先介绍了一下流程，说他们的做法是blind interview，就是他除了看了我的简历之外，没有看过其他任何信息。整个问答都是跳跃性的，主要根据你的回答中的细节进行提问，但是关键的几个问题都问到了：
1. Why Simon
2. Why MBA
3. Why now
4. Your background
5. Your goals (short term, long term, back up plan)
6. share your hobby
7. questions for me?
8. (open ended question) suppose the admissions committee is in front of you, what would you like to say to them to increase your chance to get admitted?
整个面试过程44分钟，可能是因为太早了，我语速比正常说话慢了很多。
P.S.因为最近换了新工作，本来在犹豫要不要说，结果问professional background的时候还是老实说了。不知道会不会对录取有影响。从F500到了一家私营小外企，虽然有leadership的工作，但是如果他们喜欢F500，我就死翘了。
