Rochester MSF已录 [2014-11-26]

终于等到UR的AD加一点点奖学金，因为楼主面试感觉不太好，处女面太紧张，所以有奖就已经很开心了~

申请历程大概是10.10左右提交，10.24收到面试邀请，11.7面试，11.25出结果

当时自己准备面试的时候整理了一份去年UR MSF的面经，基本保证包含了去年所有的问题，注意仅限去年，但个人以为已经很全了，而且我面试的时候也没被问到以外的问题，所以分享给大家~

1. Go through resume/introduce yourself
2. 本科专业/academic background/ Why were you awarded a scholarship?/ What courses have you taken?/ Why choose your undergraduate university?
3. Internship: 
   做了啥/怎么得到的/有哪些收获/各实习比较/最喜欢现在这个的原因/ Difference 
4. Goal
   短期/长期/backup/毕业之后想留美国还是回国/原因/现在的公司支持你上学么/ What do you think are the skills the employers need for your career goal？/dream company, why?/ how to secure your short-term career goal?
5. Team experience
   Leadership/what character do you want to be in a team/how to deal with conflict/leadership style/ besides in internship, have you been a leader in other activities?
6. Exchange experience
   Where you go/culture shock/ How did you deal with conflicts caused by cultural differences/和你国家最大的区别/最美的moment
7. 选校原因
   Why Simon（specific course/club?）/why MSF/why Rochester/你能为Simon带来…/why  apply now/why transfer major/what is the biggest challenge/怎么知道Simon的？
8. Extracurricular
   Activities/hobby/某一个activity的motivation and result
9. 申请其他学校
10. Personal experience
    Biggest achievement/overcome a difficult situation/take risk to do?/ Any trip abroad?/ working with people with diverse background?/ any challenge and how to solve it?
11. Strength and weakness
    如果我站在admission officer面前，我会说什么来advocate自己/对职业的帮助/找工作时的strength and weakness
12. How do you prepare for the interview?
13. Geography preference/ which city do you want to go most if you travel
14. Childhood
    hometown在哪里？/hometown的好和坏？/童年怎么度过的
15. What are you planning for the next summer time before studying in US?
16. 数学能力？
17. 到美国后会遇到哪些challenge，怎么解决
18. anything else want to share
