BC MSF Virtual Interview 面经 [2014-03-15]

刚刚录完BC MSF的virtual interview，让我来吐槽一下顺便回忆一下

点进link之后先看了一下用户须知啥的，再看了一下demonstration video，看video的时候就觉得巨卡，心里就很忐忑。。。

看完video后点了connect，首先就是test你的网速，test了好几次都是upload speed ok，download speed ok，但是说上传时会受到延时的影响，may experience choppy video噢。。。！！！再test了几次干脆跟我说unable to connect了。。。

把我吓的。。。再三考虑了还是去了单位，觉得到了单位说不定会可以看到 great的字样。。。去单位的一路上还要考虑车子快没油！！会不会半路上就抛锚！！人生真是太艰难了。。。

到了单位试了一下，发现可以一个speed great一个speed ok了，还没来得及开心就发现再test一下的时候又unable to connect了。。。顿时风中凌乱了，只能硬着头皮上了。。。

面之前可以先practice，就是你录了一个问题，可以回放，不满意了再录，多试几次总是好的。。。因为录的时候如果看屏幕就会显得你低垂着眼很心虚，越过摄像头看又会显的你很屌。。。总之不好掌握尺度。。。

正式开始了。。。

what is the biggest and mostimportant ethical dilemma facing corporations today
which do you think is more important between creativity and efficiency
（连这种题都出现了我当时真是觉得太苦逼了。。。）
why choose BC and what other programs have your applied
why msf now
tell me once you took a risk and the outcome

总之结论就是，virtual interview真是太不在状态了，但是也有可能试我自己太弱了，总之大家还是多多practice。。。我已经做好跟bc say goodbye的准备了！！
