OSU MSF 新鲜面筋 [2014-02-24]

我是2月21日半夜接到的面试通知，23日就录了视频，之前的童鞋有说过关于面试的一些信息，我在这里帮大家整理一下攒人品~~~

• 面试平台是RIVS，支持浏览器和APP
• 面试可以无数次practice，practice不会被对方看到
• 面试题目总共6道，每道题前30秒准备时间，要在点击了NEXT QUESTION后才能看见下一道题，每道题回答时间3分钟，最后5秒时会有倒计时的提醒“咔咔咔。。。”
• 录完视频后看不了自己录的东西，没有review机会
• 提交成功后会有邮件通知

最后,奉上自己的面试题，面试问题就是我整理的几大类，把每一类的内容提前想好就没问题！我就是这样的！！！

1. how do you know about Fisher?What aspect of Fisher alineged to your career goal?
2. what is your leadership style?
3. talk about once you are in the danger of missing a deadline and how you make the thing priority of time.
4. give an example you are in the team to accomplish an important goal, what is your roal in that team?
5. in today's business world who you admire and why he/she inspire you?
6. when you come to a new organization, what will do to develop the relationship between your colleagues or your supervisor?
