Rochester MSA面经 [2014-01-03]

第一次发帖，攒人品ing

面试官是Stacey，MBA学生，挺nice的，开始告诉我是blind interview

面试一上来就问的intern，问得很细，几乎每次经验都有问道：

1. what did you learn from it, what difficulty you met
2. extra curriculum activity怎样表现你的leadership
3. cultural shock
   （楼主是袋鼠国本科美国交换过）
4. short term&long term career goal, will you go back to China or not (career goal问的也挺仔细)
   weakness and strengths
5. Why Simon, why MSA，what do you think is the advantage of this program
6. Type: weakness并且反驳
7. 进入提问阶段
   我问的是What is Rochester like, Community life之类的，她回答的挺开心的，说了很多，听得出来挺喜欢Rochester

总之这是我第一次面试，好紧张/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~ 但是所有的问题都在CD上看到过，所以听到问题不是很慌（特别是面试前看到有同学提过一上来就问intern的例子）。不过我有的问题也没有好好准备，回答的不是很好，自我感觉跑偏了或是没答到重点/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~ 祝自己和其他面试的同学好运吧！
