写作题目是 outline your understanding of “moral hazard” in finance. Does it exist? How did you solve the problem？

面讨论的是：假设谷歌的main computer malfunction了几秒 导致internet traffic 降低40% 对他的reputation有很大影响。假如你是一个股票投资strategist，你觉得周一会发生什么？你会怎样建议你的顾客。
