罗村Rochester MSF R1面试with西班牙美女Fidan [2013-12-12]

约的EST9点，差五分钟加Skype，然后说call her in two minutes.  

两分钟后打过去，small talk一下，美女介绍了自己，二年级MBA，说会是blind interview，即其没看过app package只有cv。然后就开问啦，基本都逃不出之前的面经。本来说面25min，后来面了41min。

问题如下，顺序不详

1. walk through resume: academic, activities, internships
2. leadership 顺问了work with international students
3. How did you first hear about Simon
4. why msf
5. why simon, specific course/club?
6. Career goal, short and long
7. What do you think are the skills the employers need for your CG
8. Two strengths
9. an example of working with people with diverse background
10. Writing task: weakness 三分钟打字 说不重语言重逻辑和结构
11. Geography preference
12. Ever been abroad?
13. Q&A

说大概一月多会出结果。

Lz10.13压线R1交，11.27收到面试，约的12.12.

BG 985工科校国贸大四，7511，3.74wes，现vc实习，除了实习别的基本啥都没有。
