周四接到面试通知，今天早上刚录完，一次成功。

用goagent+chrome很顺利，说完没看到saving就直接encoding了

面的三道题如下：

1. What are you most looking forward to experiencing during your study at IBS?
2. If you have 30 seconds to tell the admissions committee something about yourself that will strengthen your application, what would you tell them?
3. How do your strengths overcome your weaknesses?
