NEU MSF 十分钟前的面试，with Keri [2013-02-25]

NEU的面试时间果然不长，17分钟。面试官Kari。

1. go through your resume.
2. short-term, long-term goals.
3. leadership experience
4. how will you handle the situation when team members don't get along with each other?
   我问她是不是队员有conflict怎么办？她说是。
5. do you have any further information you wanna emphasize but not on your resume?
6. any question to her.

Kari 蛮年轻的，大概二十多岁，说话也比较清楚。黑眼圈有点重，估计是没休息好吧！
我答的也一般，举了个人经历，但是觉得有的地方说的不够清楚。建议大家如果象楼主一样表达能力有限，还是不要说太长的例子。
