1. 先让go through 了一下resume
   按照时间顺序，这期间自己加点儿想说的故事啥的
2. 问为什么在这个时间点申请读研。
3. personal strength
4. 短期目标
5. 长期目标
6. why Simon
7. team work and leadership experience.
8. 问我有什么想向commitee添加的内容。
9. 然后问我有什么问题。
