WUSTL MACC面经with Jan Snow [2013-02-08]

面试约在了早上六点半，六点一刻左右上了skype，六点二十多分Jan准时上线开始面试。

可能是清晨的缘故网络速度非常好，视频图像非常清晰，声音也听得很清楚，一点也没有卡，倒是大大地出了我的意料。

整个面试其实就是个聊天的过程，围绕我的简历和几篇essay问了不少问题。

1. Your internship experience：your responsibility, your position, what did you do?
2. Do you have any experience on team work?
3. Have you ever been a team leader?
4. What other programs have you applied?
5. Tell me three most important qualities that you consider when you choose different business schools.
6. What do you think is the most important factor that makes you a good team member?
7. Your short term long term goal?
8. What hobbies do you have in your spare time?
9. Do you like to travel?
10. Why Olin?
11. Why do you choose accounting? How do you think of accounting profession?

面试大概持续了34分钟，感觉她的问题还是挺一环扣一环的，但她的语气一直很平和，鼓励我以聊天的方式和她进行交流。

Jan看我的资料还是很仔细的，我的PS和essay都读过，所以我还讲了一些文章里面没有写到的东西，比如说其它的team work experience等等。

最后她让我问了几个问题，我问的是WUSTL的就业情况以及她对中国学生的看法。

最终出结果估计要到三月初。

PS. 我问到她对中国学生看法的时候她回答说还是很喜欢中国学生的，而且我看见她后面墙上挂了不少中国结~希望能拿到满意的结果吧！
