OSU smf 面经 [2013-01-29]

?问了一些奇葩问题啊，但核心还是：

1. introduce youself
2. career goals
3. internship experience
4. ethical dilemma
5. leadership style
6. how to motivate team mate who does not do fair share of work
7. How to get motivated in a long time work
8. 如何在国外和新的同事或什么人相处，融入他们的文化。
   这里我提到了ice breaking，他就问我有用过哪些游戏作为ice breaker
9. 问说遇到新的东西会不会讨厌或者不敢尝试。
   我扯说面试有点紧张。然后又扯自己喜欢新事务，喜欢advanture。然后就扯到最近的交流中的经历，就提到了一些在台湾遇到的故事
10. 奇葩的问题来了：会不会开车？如果把自己比作一辆车，会是什么样的。。。
11. 然后问了些essay里面的问题
12. 之后我就问了些和学校有关的东西。

然后。。。就木有然后了。。。时长46min
