osu smf 面经 with Tylar Berryman [2013-01-23]

?这个Tylar也是这个项目的学生，美国小伙，然后是个GA,还挺友善的，面试过程还挺轻松地。他是准时9点59加我SKYPE然后整个面试大概31分钟吧，中间有一次断线。

1. 简述一下你的academic ground 和 internship experience?
   就是你的ps和essay里面你写到的一些经历，最好背的滚瓜烂熟，这样说的流利。
2. 你还申请了一些什么其他的项目？
3. tell me about your weakness and what to do about it?
4. leadership style?
   (这个是经典问题了，好像2年前caroline的面经也有这个问题）
5. how do you build your relationship with your collegues and supervisors?
6. whether you have any experience of being a leader(for example, in your school or ...)?
7. if you are the leader and someone of your team do not do his share of his work, what will you do?
8. have you ever experienced betrayal and what will you do with it?
9. 说一下你的几个 reference.
10. tell me whether your supervisor have a good relationship with you?
    

貌似还有个问题想不起来了，暂时就这样吧。然后最好把why osu? why fisher?这样的问题也准备一下。
