OSU Fisher MHRM 面经 [2013.1.17]

由于实习快结束了，这两天非常忙，因此现在才来po面经~

前天晚上9：00，Skype面的，面试官是nice的Caroline Chao姐姐。八点半就开着skype等了，九点整Caroline发来好友邀请和视频通话邀请，她简短自我介绍后会补充说如果我答完问题她没给任何反应也不用紧张，那是因为她在做笔记而不是因为我说错了什么 :)

Caroline发音非常清晰，语速也挺慢，因此每个问题都能听得很清楚。如果不是很确定自己理解是否正确可以补充问一下她，她会态度很好地回答。

因为我是一个一出考场就完全忘记考题的人，所以勉强回忆起面试问题但顺序什么的就不能强求了哈。

Why Fisher
Tell me about one experience that you stand up for sth and the majority is against it
Tell me what methods you have used to build up comittment within your team
One time when you are in a team and your team fail to meet the objective/target, what do you learn from this experience
One time when you took the initiative to set up a goal and achieve it, how you can apply this experience in a school or a work setting
How do your personal values match Fisher
(这题我追问了是什么意思：是我的价值观，what I believe 如何与Fisher切合么？她犹豫了半秒然后说yeah,你可以这么理解。言下之意是还有其他理解么？姐姐你倒是多解释两句嘛T-T)
How you balance your academic work, extra curriculum and your personal interest in shcool
最后一问free style，问了我跟我的一个推荐人教授是什么关系
然后是自由提问环节

面试全长好像32分钟吧，问题都很正常，主要都是考察你气质是否和Fisher这个商学院契合还有考察你的英语表达和反应！！

真心很想去Fisher，求人品啊求人品啊求人品.......
