Back from Ithaca for R3 AMBA interview on 02/21. Hope it is not too late to share the expericence about the interview. I was interviewed by the second-year student. Below are the questions.

1. Why MBA, why now?
2. How to deal with conflict with others?
3. Career goal.
4. Why Johnson?
5. How to contribute to the Johnson?
6. Other schools applied?
7. Questions for him?

I will say that you should be well prepared for why MBA, why now and why Johnson. Thanks so much for Chao's advices and help!!!
