既然是Dilemma，就一定是一个两难抉择，两种选择背后是个人利益和更广泛群体利益之间的冲突。那种轻而易举就能判断的情况是不能被称为Dilemma的。

另外有个也比较难回答的，WHY NOW？事业处于上升期，我也在考虑要不要今年去读，但是起码在没做决定前要搞定这次面试先吧。

DILEMMA：网上有一位被HBS录取的人的例子。申请过程中遇到一次出国培训的机会，培训结束后会有升职，但要求签一协议5年之内不得以任何理由离开公司。这就是个矛盾，该老兄最后对老板坦诚相告，老板很欣赏他得正直，就仍然提拔了他。

Just finished the interview. Not sure about the performance. I spoke too fast (might because of too much tea that I drank). Encountered many many questions ( I bet more than ten, again, I think I spoke too fast and he had too keep the time span of the interview). So don\'t speak too fast, it will be a stupid thing, I suppose.
Also many difficult questions: What if you are faced with many things that are equally important? What if you have to make a decision but without enough information? What if .....sorry, can\'t remember them all, just know they are unusual ones.
Tips:
1. Don\'t be too agressive, I guess it is not good.( Now I am quite worried about his impression on me).
2. Don\'t ask him too specific/detailed questions. He might not know those and he might not feel good for being unable to deliver an good answer.
