Cornell MBA on campus interview [2012-02-01]

中午面的Kim，35分钟左右。
基本上问题就是上几个面经的合体，估计是我说的太快了.....-_-

1. tell me sth not included in your resume
2. leadership experience
3. deal with disagreement
4. hardset decision you've ever made
5. motivate others
6. failure
7. what you love to do in spare time
8. career goal ST
9. which courses will you take
10. clubs interested in
11. weakness
12. innovation

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12 都是behavior question，占50%

开始和最后我们还聊了很久，我是说的有多快啊.......
她还详细问了我的long term goal，因为我说的是创业，所以问的很详细，具体做什么（这里让我举例子），target是谁，会在中国还是美国做，觉得哪里更有前景.....
