Cornell Johnson Skype interview MBA面经 [2011-12-06]

前天晚上Skype上面完，一开视频发现对方坐了两个人，一个是adcom，另一位是2nd year current student，囧了一下...

整个面试绝大部分问题由2nd year student提出，他告诉我他们已经看过了我的resume，但并没有看过essay，主要问题如下：

1) Go through you resume
2) 针对1)中他感兴趣的提了一下follow up question，比如你如何handle繁重的工作等
3) Career goal? Why MBA? Why Johnson?
4) Greatest challenge (这个是adcom提出的)
5) An experience when you need to motivate your team members(这个是adcom提出的)
6) One weakness in your application
7) Other schools you applied. Which school you would choose if you were admitted by all of them?
8) Any question?

面试时间一共为40分钟，面试官没有challenge我，但总体感觉我发挥很一般，有很多重要的点没有机会说出来，比如my greatest strengths, my contribution之类。可能我太关注面试官的反应，本来想最后再补充一些，想想时间差不多了就没有继续说，希望大家吸取我的教训吧。
