Kellogg MBA面经 @ Paris [2011-10-31]

Kellogg的面试是在10月31号早上，在Lyon，是一个校友面试。

以下是面试的问题：
1.Go through your resume?
2.Why did you study in France?
3.What your career progress in your company?
4.Why MBA?
5.How you got the ‘K’ title in your performance review? (注：K是我们公司年终评估的一个级别，top 5%的员工拿到K)
6.How do you recruit people?
7.Example of difficult people you dealt with in your work
8.What’s your company’s culture?
9.What do you like and don’t like about your company?
10.What club do you want to join in the Kellogg?
11.Example of a project in which your team members don’t agree with you
12.Q & A (alumnus introduced himself just before the Q & A)

整个面试的过程都没有发生化学反应。校友不停的看手表，而且也没有记什么笔记。面试持续了约50分钟，其中Q & A部分不到5分钟。
