I get so much input from this forum. Want to share some tips abt interview.

1. be your self and be genuine.
2. goals. ( during the interview, the major question I was asked is why MBA, why Berkely)
3. Be able to bring up the essence of what your want through MBA through details. ( This is more abbout the examples you will talk about during the interview. Those details should be connect to why!)

Background. 
age: 34.
8 years of exprience in industry.
700 in GMAT.

I applied EMBA rather than MBA. Might be easier comparing to others. ( I am older. :-))
