请大家说说：什么是business casual attire for the interview？ 我知道dress in business 是正式西装，但是什么是business casual attire？西裤和衬衣吗?还是西裤和毛衣?天气太冷了(已经零下几度了,风很大的说), 肯定得穿羽绒服.

business casual for man means not suits, not jeans. pure cotton pants and shirt and sweater would be very good. I just made sure this with several MBA 2nd year student.
So you can just dress according to this if you are woman.
It\'s right that you can just dress formally for the interview, it\'s not wrong.
as for me, if I wear suits, i feel terrible. since the school asking for business casual, I like it a lot. I will feel more comfortable and confident with that.

学校说business 或者Business Casual Attire。 当时想到零下好几度的天气，刚下个雪。如果我穿着衬衫，单薄的西装，我肯定冻得够呛。

哦，原来这样。
因为一般在国外冬天室内非常暖和。建议你要买件长的鸭绒大衣，这样里面穿得少，穿大衣在室外也不至于太冷。
我认为还是business attire (即是formal)比较好。

如果是男的话,西装领带,皮鞋,觉得冷的话穿件风衣.这样才能显示出您对面试的重视

如果是女的话,最好穿职业套装

建议里面穿西裤和毛衣(质地细软,颜色柔和), 或者式样比较宽松颜色不要太死板的套装. 外面穿厚的呢大衣或风衣.不要穿鸭绒大衣, 看上去即不精神也不PROFESSIONAL.而且室外呆的时间并不多.

it\'s not necessary to wear business formal if you are asked to wear business casual. Women can just wear nice shirt or dress and with a coat on. When you get into the building, you will be ok without the coat.
