之前没能去上海面试，所以改成Skype video上周五才面的，今天就收到offer了，给了20k/year。

Walk through resume, career goals 等常规问题，印象比较深的其他问题：
How would your colleagues describe you as a team member/leader?
What transferable skills can you take from your previous job to your future career?
