刚跟Kim电面,事先咨询了skype是否方便,michell建议电话,特意买了电话卡。
看着CD的面经准备了二十来个题目,后来发现没心思看,就自己整理了自己的职业历程和自我评价,然后打电话过去,问题比较典型:
- warm up... cold whether in both sides
- introduce what is blind interview
- introduce your work experiences, highlight the job changes
- follow-up question: what's the connection between your job change and your career goal
- immediate and long-term career goal
- Johnson program is customized, what courses/immersions/focuses/ clubs do you have interests in? how do you want to make your own program
- other schools you applied and what's your choice if you get all the offers
- how do you make youself outstanding when you are team member?
- what's your surbordiante's comment on you when you are the leader?
- the biggest responsibility--didnt' understand what she wanted to know, double check
- the biggest risk have taken
- improvement areas of your leadership
- any actions to improve your weakness you mentioned in the essay? --my speaking of Toefl is 23, so i told i'm weak in oral english.
- hobby and activities in offwork time
- three bullets of yourself that you want me to tell the committee
- Q&A, johnson style& immersion arrangement of consulting focus
真个过程大概40分钟,自己不是很满意,习惯面试别人了,被面感觉不够主动地present自己,一度英文说的有点慌。哎,刚跟法国人开完一个多小时的会,在面试官面前,舌头老打结。
总体上,问题还是比较贴近个人经历的。就是缺了点创意。
