我从没参加过学校面试，觉得一个好的开始是成功的一半，所以有几个关于面试开始的问题请教（虽然这些问题有点土）：

1、刚开始寒暄几句后的自我介绍通常要说到哪个层次，是完全展开，如从某年到某年在某公司某部门做某工作，担任某职务，职责是----，做了1、2、3、4、5---等事情，每件事情再说具体情况；还是简单带过，就说一下时间段和自己的职位及工作职责就可以了？

2、叙述自己的情况时，是按从远到近，从大学开始到工作到现在，还是和简历一样由近及远来说？

3、总觉得开始的这个介绍很容易会说着说着就成背简历了，不知道是否有比较好的方式和编排来介绍自己，不知道前辈们是怎样介绍自己的。

4、面试开始和结束阶段有什么要特别注意的吗？

在我的印象中，不用这么麻烦的，他们没有时间听你作这种长篇大论的介绍。大家寒暄之后，他们一般很快开始提出问题让你回答。一般第一个问题是： why mba?

有的也会让你介绍一下自己，上学的情况一句带过就算了，工作内容我觉得是否可以和自己的characteristic联系起来说，可以让人觉得不那么死板，比如我是XX的人，因此我选择了什么样的道路等等。但是一定要简短有力，不要展开，他想知道的时候会问的。

Follow your resume. Explain the current job in details. Others are not important.

And add 2-3 advantages you are most pround of. They may ask the questions about them later.

yesterday, I attended an interview.

first question is this: follow your resume to introduce yourself. at the end of the question, I heard a word, briefly. I think this is an indicater.

1, just tell them your major, this is the education part, that is enough.

2, follow the time, introduce your titles and a little bit duty.

3, if the company is special, tell them: the no.1 software company, they will notice and maybe take a note.

4, focus on your current one, prepare two to three example and pay attention to their reflect.
