Cornell MBA Interview [2010.12.10]

我大概是属于ED里最后拿到面试的那个人了。。。唉。。。LAURIE MM真是同样给力的说！北京时间晚上10点开始面，11点20结束TALK（我估计是我废话太多了。。。而MM又准备了好多问题。。。。），没有GO TROUGHT RESUME，她直接抓着我的简历一条一条的去问了。。。。

1. why did you go to Britain and study mass communication? what made you make this decision?
2. why did you switch to B company from A company?
3. how did you coach your junior team members?
4. how did you convince management level to accept your ideas when you were the new person in *** company?
5. other specific questions (about 3-4 questions) according to my resume (so, you should really really go through every items of your resume)
6. why mba now?what's your career plan after MBA?
7. why Johnson school?
8. any other school you apply for? how will you choose?
   我都后悔说我选其他学校了，我应该直接就说 CORNELL IS THE ONLY ONE SCHOOL I APPLIED IN THIS ROUND, AND I WONT CONSIDER OTHER SCHOOLS IF I GET IN CORNELL。 多省事啊，省了无数废话。。。。我之前回答了另一所西海岸的学校，结果这MM跟我纠缠东西海岸气候和LOCATION纠缠了半天，昏交过去了
9. how many times of GMAT you have taken? how did you make a good score finally ? which part of verbal and math you think?
   疯了，我虽然是考过几次G，但是也不用这样问把。。。。这是咩问题啊！

最后问了她几个问题，关于学校生活和EXCHANGE PROGRAM，还有一个是关于学生CLUB的。她又巴拉巴拉说了一大堆。。。

Laurie还是很NICE的，也比较EASY-GOING，所以被她面到的朋友也不要太担心，但是她很DETAIL很关注细节，所以请把简历里每个点都弄清楚把。
