本来是Skype面试，因为效果不好，改成电话了，问题如下：

1. why do you choose your major in undergraduate study, and then why your jobs, why MBA?
2. how do you deal with the conflics in your work
3. what is the most frustrating thing in your work
4. what is your role and contribute in MBA teamwork
5. Q&A

问题不多，但都直中要害。半小时。
