昨天晚上面试完, 分享一下经验以答谢各位朋友:

1. 典型的MIT event based interview, 针对细节寻根究底。
2. 希望用Essay上没有用过的例子。
3. 建议准备时只要按Chasedream上汇总的问题准备, 基本上能cover十之八九。

Questions:

1. Tell me the three partner companies that you want to work for the internship and why.  Note: this is for LGO program only. Not related to Sloan MBA study.
2. Tell me a person who is hard to work with and how you worked with him/her?
3. Tell me an example that you convinced someone to take your idea.
4. What was your personal goal last year? Purely personal things, but not related to work at all.
5. What kind of community services you did in the recent years?
6. Any questions to me?

我面试时就是实话实说, 比方说最近我确实没做什么community service，真的太忙了. 我觉得关键是你的性格是不是和学校匹配, 不需要做太多修饰, 要不然真的雪根究底起来就露馅了.

希望能对大家有用! 不管结果如何, 真诚感谢大家, 因为没有Chasedream我连今天也走不到.
