Questions all about past behavior examples:

1. Biggest achievements in past 2 years (Not in essay)
2. People in team do not perform full potential, what you did. (Use past eg, not in essay)
3. Some questions about example in the essays
4. Thing outside work, I use my hobbies
5. Creativity example （Use essay example)

面试官非常了解我的Profile，问题很少，但是都explore了很多detail 细节，所以时间很久。

我回答问题采用 CAR 策略：
Challenges I faced,  描述困难
Actions I took, 描述自己采取的行动, 创造性思考, 团队合作，领导力体现
Result I got. 结果体现，成就，用数字说话

需要精心准备，非常多细节问题，涉及到的人名职位，数字，具体细节信息。
