面试问题：

1. go through your resume， tell me about yourself
2. why MBA /why Kellogg /why now?
3. Long term/ short term goal
4. Give an example when you and your team deals with a challenge
5. Give an example of your leadership
6. strength and weaknesses(2 each)
7. 这个比较新 give me a a course you want to take most from Kellogg's website, how will you benefit from it 考察一下是不是好好做了功课
8. 在校 在职期间的课外活动 ， 以及兴趣爱好
9. 问我还申请了那些学校

大概1小时。

我问的问题：

1. 在大学时最喜欢的课程，以及对现在职业的影响
2. 列举一个你从你MBA同学身上学到 你之前不具备的特质
3. 为何选择Kellogg

最后问了他M&A 和现在PE的life style，闲扯了一些market

最后会面在双方友好坦诚的氛围中结束……

回家发个感谢信。
