安排在7号上午11点，Hilton酒店二楼

面试官: Daniel Garza (Associate Dean of Austin MBA)

10:50，开始在大厅里搜索Daniel.，没有发现类似面试官的人。后来注意到一个帅哥拿着一叠纸，一瓶果汁和一块面包，似乎也在找人。最后还是主动凑过去打招呼，果然是Daniel. 真没想到Daniel看起来这么年轻，其实人家已经工作N多年了，呵呵。德州的cowboy,　就是阳光啊。

由于Daniel给俺的第一印象很warm，很nice, 本来比较紧的神经很快放松了，自己也变得比较relax，呵呵。

刚开始随便聊了一会儿，但随着进入正题，发现Daniel是一个很有观察力和会问的人，不少问题我都要认真听，然后思考一会儿，才回答。虽然问题基本是比较常规的，但Daniel都会描述得比较巧妙，有上下文，所以问题一般都比较长，要注意听清了。下面是简化版，好像还有一两个问题，等想起来了再补充吧。呵呵。

1. Why this time and what do you expect from an MBA for your career?
2. What is the most important thing you think you could benefit from Austin?
3. What is your biggest challenge in your career?
4. Have you met someone in your team that brought you a lot of trouble? How did you manage it?
5. What have you learned more about yourself when you went through the whole application process of Austin?
6. Tell me your biggest failure in your career?
7. 结合我的exp和我的story, Daniel也问了几个问题，我最后也问了几个问题包括class size这样。

面了差不多40分钟吧，总之还是很enjoy这次Daniel的面试，后面要面的同鞋好好准备，别紧张，系好鞋带就OK了。
