Yale R2 Interview @ 台北

I had an alumni interview with an alumna in Taipei 101 this morning,

The interview went very smoothly, it took 1.5 hours.

It just like a chat between two close friends. I really had a great time talking with her:)

The questions are very typical:

1. please walk me through your resume.
2. Why MBA? Why now? Why Yale? ( we spent pretty much time on this section)
3. Shor term/ Long term career goal ( discuss in detail)
4. Have you ever initiated something? Tell me about your experience.( activity/group/program)
5. Contribution to Yale community?
6. Strengths/Weaknesses
7. Community service experience.
8. Greatest achievement

As a Yale alumna, she also gave me her experience when she went abroad and faced culture shock,

After the interview, we chatted about her jobs after Yale SOM,

her club experience, and the efforts she made to get a job after graduation,

I enjoy talking with her., such a sweet and nice girl:)
