UCLA电话面试

本来是约校友当面面试的，但是好像比较背，先是联系不上指定的校友，联系上后人家要出差，12月中才回，换了个校友本以为在上海，后来发现居然不在同城。接下来就感恩节了，假期后学校说只能给你电面了，所以上周五一早接受了adcom的电面。

8点整，对方如约打来电话。先是verify一下接电话是我本人：

1. what's your date of birth?
2. what's your phone number?
3. what's your home address?

然后就正式开始（问题前后可能记得不清楚了）：

1. Please go over your resume and describe your career path
2. What's your career goal?
3. What do you want to do after getting your MBA degree?
4. Why MBA? Why Anderson?
5. I noticed you have xxx experience in your resume. I find that very interesting. Can you tell me some more? What's your role?
6. How do you work in teams?
7. Q&A

面试人是adcom的coordinator，好像很年轻，挺nice的，可惜我比较紧张，没有大聊特聊。只知道她本科是UCLA学Education的，后来MBA不在Anderson读的。她说今年financial aid比较紧张，让我自己想想办法找sponsor。。。祝大家都好运！
