Kellogg alumni interview

奉上热乎乎的面经(经是经历的经,非经验！)

今天早上的,从上班地方溜出去到某咖啡馆小坐,时间约在上午十一点,我早到了20分钟,面试官发个短信说要晚到一会儿,结果也差不多时间到了.

问题:

introduce yourself (tell me something you did not write on resume)
your definition of "a professional woman"
your leadership style
why MBA, why Kellogg, why now (这个问题答得好悬那...感觉她挖的很深入）
what makes you believe you can benefit peers at Kellogg?
since you are interested in education, why you don't go for educational management master instead of MBA? (真不知道怎么说服她了，其实前面我有提到的）
weakness in your application package
how do you lead a team, give example?
example of your real impact?
can you give another example of your leadership role? something professional? (因为我前面讲了一个在校兼职的例子，毕竟工作年限只有1年不到。。。还有差不多两年是读研究生时候在外全职工作。。。做行政的。。。）
还有好多先不起来了。。。

我的感觉:

面试官很认真,一直在做笔记.

没有预期的chemistry, 很少有表情或肢体语言，我觉得她可能认为我的故事比较无趣，希望是我的错觉。工作经历不出彩可能是硬伤，而且她可能也想不通为何我读了英语的本科和硕士之后还想读MBA，并且毕业后想回中国做教育。。。

我的背景：

t 还好，g 偏低，上外语言硕士，校外活动和兼职还有公益活动还算比较多。。。

现在只能等消息了，虽然悬，但我还是比较乐观的，凡事不能强求，合适的学校会抛出橄榄枝，不合适的会走开，生活就是这样。。。
