刚结束Babson 电话面试。是08级学生面试的，气氛比较放松，问题也比较随意。主要的问题有：

1. Some information about your background;
2. Why MBA, Why this time
3. Your contributions to Babson
4. Your career goal
5. Your sucessful experience
6. A failsure experience in your life
7. Team work
8. How to work with some one who can't do this job very well
9. What's the programs in Babson do you want to learn

最后一个问我答得不好，建议要面试的先到网上查一下Babson 的课程设置。对了，余下的是你可以向学生提问。
