代发Duke面经：

Hey bro,

This is xxx, Amy's friend who visited Duke in the last couple of days for an on-campus interview. We met briefly last Sunday in the hallway of the Fuqua building. I finished my interview Monday afternoon - wasn't perfect but I could live with it :p

I am thinking of sharing my interview experience with other Chinese candidates (Amy told me that there are quite a few coming in February), and learned that you are an active contributor on a duke MBA forum. Maybe you can help a lazy anonymous friend to share this on the forum?
    
Interviewer: Matt Murly - 2nd year student. native. Consulting/VC.
 
Questions:

1. Warm-up talk about the class visit.
2. Tell me about your career path.
3. What about your academic career /education (I quitted my Ph.D. to join industry).
4. What do you do outside of work?
5. Why Duke?
6. How do you lead a team?
7. What roles do you usually take in your daily work?
8. Any Ethical conflicts at work?
9. Failure example where you were member or leader of a team? (This is the one that I could have improved most, still too lazy to fix in the thank-you letter).
10. If you have a chance to change one thing , what would you have done differenctly in your life? why? (my answer was neither in my personal or professional life, but about the timing of picking up a new hobby. not sure if that's bad either)
11. Questions For me? I asked about camp-out, his job offer , his intern experience, how duke/club/alumni helps with off-campus job hunting, his family (new baby).

I followed you guys' advice to finish every question under 2min and he ran out of questions in less than 30 minutes :( that's why I got to ask a lot of questions. Not sure if it's good or bad.
