Penn State Telephone Interview Experience

刚结束电话面试，谈了45分钟，是一位非常Nice并且声音很sweet的女士，叫Ann Mallison。

问了很多问题：

1. why MBA
2. why Smeal
3. go though resume
4. leadership example
5. unsatisfying experience
6. ethical issue
7. business stress
8. my management style and my strength and weakness in applying Smeal.

一些我没准备好的，感觉乱乱的。事已至此，只能望老天保佑……
