Rotman MBA Skype 面经 [2018.12.11]

美东时间中午 12 点的面试，赶紧发一波面经上来赞 rp。一开始我的电脑 skype 没有声音，紧急换成了手机，场面尴尬。大部分问题都被 CD 上的 cover，除了 3 个没有准备到的问题。

1. why mba? why rotman?
2. what other schools and programs have you applied?
3. walk through your resume (introduce yourself)
4. what are the three most important qualities for a leader? (新问题没见过)
5. give an example of one of the qualities that you just talked about. (连着上一个问题问的)
6. what's your short-term goal and long term goal? (接着还细问了一下我的专业知识)
7. what is one skill that you recently just learned? (新问题没见过)
8. describe how you deal with someone in your team who is not pulling his weight
9. describe a measurable achievement in your career
10. how did you deal with your biggest failure in your career?
11. describe a successful networking with the strangers
12. anything that you wish me to ask but I didn't include?
13. do you have any questions for me?

比预料中问的问题多，总时长 37 分钟，不过感觉自己没有准备到的问题回答得都还行吧，现在就坐等结果了。我这个是今年的 round 2。

最后面试官表示他们的 director 去波士顿了，估计周末才回来，同时他们本月 21 号就要开始放圣诞假期了，因此表示在放假前大概是18号会给我答复。
