新加坡国立大学 NUS MBA 面经 (August 2018 Intake) [2017.11.30]

11月10号面试官是两位老师，一位是教市场的教授，一位是招生组的老师。首先他俩会有一个简单的自我介绍，然后开始正式的面试。

面试问题都是围绕简历上的经历展开，可能由于我的经历比较奇葩，我遇到的好几个面试问题和CD上其他同学的问题都不太一样，比较记忆犹新的几个问题是：

Why MBA， not master？
Why this industry？post-MBA career goal？
Department director 与你目前的职位，在管理上有什么区别？（和经历及career goal有关）
做线上运营时，发布的内容都有哪些？（和经历有关）
你能为NUS做什么贡献？
Any questions?最后提问环节，我说了自己与其他申请者的三点不同，其实就是自己的三个亮点。

NUS MBA面经大全：

Elevator pitch。 / 1分钟自我介绍，向招生组介绍你自己。
Why MBA？
Why NUS？
Long term goals。
Immediate goal after MBA / 毕业后的职业目标。/ what's your career objective。
MBA毕业后想在什么行业、什么地方，做什么工作？/ 说出你毕业后的工作地点选择。/ Do you want to leave the current employer。
Why target at XXX industry，who's your targeted employer。
How do you plan to achieve the objective？/为什么你觉得你可以达到你的目标？
What's special about your current employer？ (this Q came from a marketing professor)
How can you contribute to the NUS community？
What do you do when you are faced with skewed view？
说一个你的失败经历。
说说你是怎么平衡工作和生活的。
你在工作中有过很生气很愤怒的经历吗？为什么？
如果有机会和一个商业领袖吃饭，你选谁？不能是中国的，必须是在世的。/ 如果请一个商界的人coffee chat，你请谁？和他聊什么？（我的Elon musk） / If you have a chance to have coffee with the leader of a leading company，who you would like to invite and what question you will ask him/her？
说出你觉得自己最突出的三个特质。
说两个现在正在发生的新闻，要求其中之一是世界范围的，其中之一是亚洲范围但不能是中国的。
还申请了什么学校？和其他校友有过接触聊过吗？/ have you applied other schools? which is the top priority？
平时有什么爱好？
在企业中遇到哪些cross-cultural conflicts？你怎么解决的？
最近在看什么书？学到什么东西？
工作上遇到的最大的批评是什么？为什么会发生？
说说你工作中最骄傲的成就。（Calvin）/ 举个能够体现你领导力的例子。（Saima）
Have you ever been to Singapore？
As a team leader，share with us the difference between the time when you were a member years ago versus the leader now。
Any experience that your team didn't work well, and what would you differently if give you another opportunity？
Your greatest weakness？
Your difference with other NUA MBA applicant。
