CMU Tepper 回馈CD 面经分享 [2017.03.01]

一共申请了六所，幸运的全部拿到面试，除了Ga-tech的面经在另一个帖子，剩下的全部分享在这里，回馈CD。
O.S. 事后听自己的面试录音，觉得自己话太多了, 而且语调基本一样，我自己听的都没耐心了。面试官们真是不容易。同时也提醒大家，面试要记得带感情，有机会的话也可以录音，事后拿来听听检查问题。

最后，我只有一条心得----->不要轻视hobbies这个问题，small talk全靠ta.大家加油。

初次面试,又紧张还忘记录音,表现最差的面试,但美女面试官回答问题特别真诚

1. current job responsibility
2. describe an situation that people had conflicts due to different culture bg
3. describe an situation where ppl from different departmts reacted diff. to one same thing
4. an exp. that you made comprimise
5. how did you motivate your team members when working on hard tasks
6. achievements on your daily life
