今天早上进行了电话面试, 打到美国的长途, 28分钟, 心痛死了。

问题有：

1. introduce yourself according to resume.
2. why mba?
3. why ross?
4. leadership experience and example? (he sounds quite interested in it, asked me the specific role in my example)
5. out of work's leadership example, and what's your role, how?
6. your career change's impact to you, how did you handle it?
7. balalala....
