York Schulich MBA面经 with Renice [2014-10-31]

前两天skype面的Schulich 和黑姑娘Renice 人还不错，不过迟到了5分钟。开始skype没有语音所以转成电话面试。

面试题目很常规 挺轻松的。

1. Why choose to pursue MBA now (given 2 years of working experience vs. average of 5 years)
2. Teamwork (how to approach team work; when someone is not doing his/her share)
3. Leadership (my leadership style; example of leadership)
4. Worst decision made and what I could have done differently
5. Example of a creative approach
6. One word to describe myself

UPDATE：申请提交一个礼拜收到面试邀请；面试完三天给Offer
