热乎乎的面筋 GWU MBA [2014-01-10]

刚刚面试完成，感觉GWU 面试挺难的，我都词穷了。不废话了，上面筋。

1. introduce youself. 
2. WHY MBA ,WHY GWU
3. your weakness and stregthen 
4. what you leant from your past working experience. 
5. challenge you had in your job, what did you do to overcome the challenge 
6. Short-term goal and long term goal
7. looking back, if you can do it again, where do you want to improve 
8. your leadership style, how do you benefit from your leadership style
9. what do you think the big sell in the MBA class. 
10. 问了我2个关于我工作的问题
11. q&a 
12. 我还申请什么学校。

给我面的是 Jason, 人挺好的，但是全程无笑脸，语速其实不快，但是问的问题真的很尖锐，特别是真的我工作的问题，搞的我停顿了至少3次。每次都是超过5秒钟空白。自己感觉有点不好，只好听天由命。
